   The payment period for share subscription of the Company's 2024 cash
   capital increase has ended on 3:30 p.m. 2024/12/27. In accordance
   with Article 142 and Article 266, Paragraph 3 of the Company Act, the
   Company sets a call period of payment from 2024/12/30 to 3:30 p.m.
   2025/2/3.
6.Countermeasures:
  (1)For shareholders who have not paid up for subscription, please
      complete the payment pursuant to the payment form at KGI BANK
      Ruiguang Branch or other branches within the aforementioned period,
      failing which the shareholder shall lose their subscription rights.
