The monthly rent for each ping is NT$ 5,061, the monthly rent for
each parking spaces is NT$ 5,225(B2 mechanical parking space)
&NT$ 6,248(B2 normal parking space)&NT$7,384(B1 normal parking space).
(3)Total amount of rent(including tax): NT$ 8,659,204/per month.
Right-of-use asset (on the part of the Company):NT$496,037,716.
