authorize the Chairman to adjust the cash dividend per share on dividing
the total cash dividend of common shares resolved in AGM by the outstanding
shares as of the ex-dividend date.

distributed to each shareholder will be rounded down to the nearest
NT$1 (decimals are not taken into account); and the cash dividend less
than one dollar originated from fractional shares will be recorded as
other income of the Company.
