8.Reason for the change:President Stephanie Hwang of the Company will retire
from April 1, 2024. The board of directors has approved the appointment of
Senior Executive Vice President Eric Su as the “Acting President”
effective after the approval is granted by the Insurance Bureau of the
Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC). The duties of the President will
be temporarily performed by Senior Executive Vice President Eric Su, after
the effective date of President Hwang’s retirement, and before Senior
Executive Vice President Su’s qualification is reviewed and approved by
the Insurance Bureau of the FSC.
