2.Important resolutions:
Approval of the Proposal for a capital reduction plan in order to raise the efficiency of capital operation and ROE. After reducing the planned capital reduction amount by NT 100 million, the contributed capital amount will be NT 50 million. The Board of Directors is authorized to decide the capital reduction record date.

In accordance with Article 128-1 of the Company Act, the rights and functions of the shareholders' meeting of the company shall be exercised by the Board of Directors.
