3.Reason for the change:
The company had originally planned to issue this unsecured corporate bonds worth CNY1.0 billion as the amount of the funds utilization plan for proprietary trading business. In fact, the company issued CNY200 million of corporate bonds for this plan in 4Q14. Due to severe volatility in China's bond market beginning in 2015, it has been difficult to maintain a stable return based on the funds utilization plan. Therefore, the company has decided to adjust the amount of the funds utilization plan to CNY200 million.
4.Content of each and every successive past changed plan for raising of funds before and after change:
(1) Before the change: The amount of the funds utilization plan, CNY1.0 billion.
(2) After the change: The amount of the funds utilization plan, CNY200 million.
5.Anticipated timetable for execution: Already executed.

7.Anticipated possible benefits: Replenishment of working capital, which will strengthen the company's financial structure and increase long-term funds for the proprietary
