I.CDIB will transfer its commercial banking business to
KGI Bank. Thus, CDIB will terminate securities business
since May 1st, 2015.
II. Any securities business related creditor of CDIB who
has an objection against the termination of  securities
business may, within 30 days after this announcement,
submit a written objection of its right to court. Notice
is hereby given that it shall be deem with no objection
in case the creditor does not raise the objection within
the prescribed time limit.
