2.Type and monetary amount of dividend distribution: The amount of cash dividends to be distributed to its ordinary shareholders is NT$25,308,332.
3.Any other matters that need to be specified: The cash bonus distributed to its employees is NT$25,309. Because of the changes in accounting estimates, the cash bonus distributed to employees exceeds the estimate for 2014 by NT$25,309. The difference will be accounted for in the income statement of 2015.
