2.Type and monetary amount of dividend distribution:
The amount of cash dividends to be distributed to ordinary shareholders
is NT$199,418,137.
3.Any other matters that need to be specified:
The cash bonus distributed to employees is NT$2,818,251. Because of changes
in accounting estimates, the cash bonus distributed to employees is less
than the estimate for 2014 by NT$42,880. The difference will be accounted
for in the income statement of 2015.
