2.Type and monetary amount of dividend distribution:The
amount of cash dividends to be distributed to its
ordinary shareholders is NT$100,261,342.

The cash bonus distributed to its employees is NT$100,262.
Because of the changes in accounting estimates, the cash
bonus distributed to employees exceeds the estimate for
2014 by NT$1,194. The difference will be accounted for in
the income statement of 2015.
